MEDIA – A filing in a wrongful death and survival proceeding subsequent to a fatal fall in a Broomall nursing facility asks that a settlement of $90,000 be approved by a Delaware County court.
PHILADELPHIA – Lawyers for the Sheraton Hotel in Philadelphia have denied a dangerous condition existed on the premises that a Broomall couple say caused them to be injured by falling drywall and building material more than two years ago.
MEDIA – A filing submitted in a wrongful death and survival proceeding subsequent to a fatal motor vehicle accident in Marple Township asks that a settlement of $130,000 be approved by a Delaware County court.
PHILADELPHIA – Delaware County-based plaintiffs are seeking well over $300,000 in principal and interest payments subsequent to a mortgage not being executed or recorded for one of the properties it issued a loan to the defendants for.
