Mannion sentenced William Waring and Tanay Jones, both of Bronx, New York, for conspiring to distribute heroin, crack cocaine, and fentanyl. Waring, age 27, was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment and four years of supervised release following that sentence of imprisonment. -
