HARRISBURG – After rejection from a state court judge and a subsequent appeal by the City of Pittsburgh, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania is now overseeing the City’s attempt to regulate firearms in the city beyond what is allowed by other laws.

SCRANTON – A Scranton family is asking for judicial approval of a settlement with Target, based on one of its store pharmacies allegedly dispensing more of its plaintiff daughter’s anti-anxiety medication than was necessary.
PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania holdings business is suing a Kansas financial firm, alleging the defendant cost the plaintiff more than $2 million after a contract breach.
