Plaintiff accuses business of not paying for goods

PHILADELPHIA — A company's lawsuit claims another business has failed to make payments on goods purchased.

Gaia Enterprises Inc. filed a lawsuit on April 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against US Eco Products Corporation, citing breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and promissory estoppel.

According to the complaint, the defendant contacted Gaia on various dates to place orders to purchase goods, which were sold and shipped with timely copies of invoices demanding payments for the goods. The plaintiff claims that the defendant has acknowledged the outstanding debt yet has failed to make any payments toward the outstanding balance.

Gaia Enterprises seeks damages in the amount of $199,643.81, interest, attorneys’ fees, court costs, and expenses. It is represented by David S. Glanzberg and Robert M. Tobia of the Law Office of David Glanzberg PC, in Philadelphia.
