HARRISBURG — A man is suing Adept Corp., a former employer, citing alleged failure to pay overtime wages and failure to pay vacation time.

Glenn Billet filed a complaint on May 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Adept Corp. alleging that the employer allegedly violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Wage Payment and Collection Law.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that as a supervisor for Adept Corp., he was improperly unpaid for time spent at work, including working through lunch and overtime, and was not paid for unused vacation time.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensation for unpaid wages, liquidated damages, attorneys' fees and costs and any other relief that the court may deem to be fair and proper. He is represented by Samuel A. Dion of Dion & Goldberger in Philadelphia and Richard B. Bateman, Jr. of Bateman Law Offices in Media.
