PENNSYLVANIA — A woman is suing Yeandy C. Acevedo, Equity Lifestyle Properties Inc., and Joe Doe(s) 1-10, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.

Donna Sue Dowton filed a complaint on Feb. 8, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of

Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that they failed to supervise a campground, forcing plaintiff to walk over to the RV of defendant Acevedo, who then started assaulting her.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 19, she was unable to sleep due to the noise coming from Acevedo's RV, and that when she got no help from campground security, she walked over to the RV and was assaulted by Acevedo. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because management and security allegedly didn't take action about noise and Acevedo allegedly assaulted her.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory and punitive damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Theodore C. Levy of Fine and Staud LLC in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania.
