Law money 02

PENNSYLVANIA — A former employee has filed a class-action lawsuit against Ideal Concepts Inc. and American Insurance Organization LLC, d/b/a SalesRadix, claiming the partner employers violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act.

Mark Bruno filed a complaint on July 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they failed to fairly compensate him for all hours worked.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between November 2014 and March 2016, he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime wages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay him properly for hours worked over 40 per week.

The plaintiff seeks unpaid overtime wages and interest, liquidated damages, all legal fees and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Peter Winebrake, R. Andrew Santillo and Mark J. Gottesfeld of Winebrake & Santillo, LLC in Dresher.
