Cerebain Biotech accused of violating agreement

PHILADELPHIA — A woman is suing Cerebain Biotech Corp. and Eric Clemons, a Nevada corporation and its CEO, citing alleged breach of contract and unpaid wages.

Miriam Weber Miller filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay her the promised rate according to their agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2014 and 2015, she performed all her duties and more but was not paid accordingly. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly not paying her what she is owed.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount in excess of $175,200 plus interest and any further relief the court grants. She is represented by Phillip D. Berger of Berger Law Group, P.C. in Bryn Mawr.
