Woman claims she wasn't paid proper overtime

PITTSBURGH — A former employee is suing Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Jocelyn A. Maxwell filed a complaint on July 25 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, alleging that the employer failed to fairly compensate her for all her working hours.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime wages. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to pay her the proper overtime premium for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.

The plaintiff seeks unpaid back wages at the legal rate, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. She is represented by Ronald T. Elliot of Dillon McCandless King Coulter & Graham, LLP in Butler.
