PITTSBURGH — A former employee is suing Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, alleging violation of wage law.

James A. Graham filed a complaint on Aug. 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, alleging that the employer failed to fairly compensate him for overtime.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between Jan. 6, 2015 and April 22, 2016, he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime wages. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible because the company allegedly violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The plaintiff seeks unpaid back wages at the legal rates, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Ronald T. Elliot of Dillon McCandless King Coulter & Graham, LLP in Butler.
