PITTSBURGH — A former employee is suing Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, alleging violation of wage law.

Corey A. Wilson filed a complaint on Aug. 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Keystone Clearwater Solutions LLC, alleging that the employer failed to fairly compensate him for all his work.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between March 2015 and March 24, 2016, he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime wages. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to pay him a proper overtime premium for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.

The plaintiff seeks unpaid back wages at the legal rate, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Ronald T. Elliot of Dillon McCandless King Coulter & Graham, LLP in Butler.
