HARRISBURG — A couple's lawsuit aginst Marabell Truck Corp. and its employee Yadiel Vega-Alvarez alleges negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.
Eric Scheirer and Doris Scheirer filed a complaint on Aug. 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that Vega-Alvarez
operated his truck below the minimum speed on an interstate highway without any marker lights, brake lights, taillights or emergency flasher.
