Man accused of not repaying debt

PHILADELPHIA — The federal government is suing Raymond L. McKnight Sr. a/k/a Raymond L. McKnight a/k/a Raymond McKnight, alleging unpaid debt.

The United States of America filed a complaint on July 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against McKnight, alleging that he failed to settle his debt to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that United States of America suffered damages from the unpaid debt. The plaintiff holds McKnight responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the principal amount of his debt to the plaintiff plus interest.

The plaintiff seeks the amounts of $4,293.44 and $2,862.27, filing fee of $150, interest and court costs. It is represented by Thomas I. Puleo of KML Law Group, P.C. in Philadelphia.
