Delaware City Refinery accused of not paying for work

PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing Delaware City Refinery LLC, a Delaware business, citing alleged breach of contract.

Tri-State Dredging Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Delaware City Refinery LLC, alleging that the Delaware business breached its agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay for work.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered financial damages. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly breaching their contractual agreement by failing to pay the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount in excess of $650,000 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Lane F. Kelman of Cohen, Seglias, Pallas, Greenhall & Furman, P.C. in Philadelphia.
