Borrower owes for principal, interest, government alleges

PITTSBURGH — The federal government is suing Saied Nedjati, alleging unpaid debt.

The United States of America filed a complaint on Aug. 30 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Nedjati, alleging that the individual failed to settle his debt to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered damages resulting from the unpaid debt. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to pay the plaintiff for the principal amount of his debt plus interest.

The plaintiff seeks the amount of $8,855.15 plus interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by John F. Kroto of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, P.C. in Erie.
