Quatro Systems accused of failing to pay for goods

PHILADELPHIA — A California corporation is claiming a Pennsylvania company breached a contract.

Synnex Corporation filed a complaint on Sept. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Quatro Systems Inc., alleging that the Pennsylvania corporation failed to pay the plaintiff for delivered goods.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its business. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly breached its contractual obligation with the plaintiff by failing to pay for goods delivered by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $137,288.93 plus accruing interest at the statutory rate of 6 percent per annum, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Michael R. Lessa of Amato Keating and Lessa, P.C. in Bethlehem.
