Insurance 11

PENNSYLVANIA -- A married couple's lawsuit against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, a/k/a State Farm Insurance Company, alleges breach of contract.

Thomas E. Roberts and Theresa L. According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege they were in a vehicle that was hit on May 17, 2015 by an underinsured motorist, and that Thomas E. Roberts was injured. The plaintiffs hold their insurer responsible for allegedly failing to offer a reasonable payment and failing to perform a reasonable investigation regarding their claim.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against the defendant in an amount in excess of $150,000. They are represented by J. Patrick Holahan II of J. Patrick Holahan II & Associates LLC in Kennett Square.
