PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing Rivershore Charters Inc. and Mark Perry, a Virginia company and its president, alleging breach of contract.

Happy Photo Shoppes Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they breached their agreement with the plaintiff by failing to make a payment for the gross annual revenue the plaintiff's boat produced and by damaging the boat.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2014, Happy Photo Shoppes Inc. sustained monetary damages to its business and damages to their vessel. The plaintiff holds Rivershore Charters Inc. and Perry responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly take care of the plaintiff's vessel, causing significant damage to it, and failed to make proper payment.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for damages in the amount of $150,000. It is represented by Eli Gabay of Solomon, Sherman & Gabay in Philadelphia.
