PITTSBURGH — An employee of Killion and Sons Well Service Inc. is suing the company, alleging failure to follow wage laws.

James Jordan Hribal filed a complaint on Sept. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Killion and Sons Well Service Inc., alleging that the employer failed to fairly compensate him for his work.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between June 2014 and July 2016, he was not paid any overtime wages during his employment. The plaintiff holds Killion and Sons Well Service Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff an overtime premium for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all unpaid wages, overtime wages, interest, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Samuel J. Pasquarelli of Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
