PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing EFCC Acquisition Corp.,d/b/a Extended Family Care, citing alleged breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Capital Healthcare Solutions Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 22 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against EFCC Acquisition Corp., d/b/a Extended Family Care, alleging that the defendant refused to pay the plaintiff an agreed-upon amount.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages from unpaid invoices. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly breaching their contractual agreement by refusing to fulfill its obligation to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $55,289.79 plus continuing interest at the rate of 1.5 percent per month, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Thomas G. Collins and Anthony F. Andrisano Jr. of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC in Harrisburg.
