ACM Vision V seeks possession of McKeesport property

PITTSBURGH — A Columbia, South Carolina, company is suing Derwin E. Jenkins and all unknown occupants of a property, citing alleged breach of contract and unpaid debt.

ACM Vision V LLC, filed a complaint on Oct. 10 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging failure to pay the plaintiff as agreed.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages due to the default in payments regarding a property in McKeesport. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make the required payments for the property.

The plaintiff seeks damages of $1,962 plus damages for delinquent monthly rental payments and late fees, attorney's fees of $1,000 and possession of  the property. It is represented by David S. Kraemer and Brad N. Sommer of Sommer Law Group, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
