PITTSBURGH — A Maryland corporation is suing Pennsylvania companies Jennchem Holdings LLC and Jennchem LLC, citing alleged breach of contract.

GMS Mine Repair and Maintenance Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they failed to live up to the terms of a labor agreement with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that GMS Mine Repair and Maintenance Inc. suffered damages due to loss of business revenue. The plaintiff holds Jennchem Holdings LLC, and Jennchem LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by not utilizing the agreed-upon amount of the plaintiff's labor.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount in excess of $75,000 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Avrum Levicoff and Jordan C. Hettrich of The Levicoff Law Firm, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
