Pocono Peterbilt accused of not paying money owed

HARRISBURG — An Illinois business is suing Frank Buck Motors Inc., d/b/a Pocono Peterbilt, a Pennsylvania corporation, citing alleged breach of contract.

CDK Global LLC, as successor in interest to ADP Dealer Services Inc., filed a complaint on Oct. 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Frank Buck Motors Inc., d/b/a Pocono Peterbilt, alleging that the Pennsylvania corporation failed to make payments for its use of the plaintiff's software and services.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages due to unpaid debt. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible because it allegedly breached its agreement with the plaintiff by refusing to make payment despite repeated demands.

The plaintiff seeks $176,349.29 plus late charges, continuing interest, compensatory damages, incidental damages, punitive damages, all legal fees and any further relief this court deems just. It is represented by Regina S.E. Murphy of Barnes & Thornburg LLP in Wilmington, Delaware.
