PITTSBURGH — A labor group is suing Winola Construction Corp. and William E. Buckley, citing alleged breach of contract.

Carpenters Combined Funds Inc., by James R. Klein, administrator, filed a complaint on Oct. 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay monthly contribution to the labor group.
