PHILADELPHIA – A Collegeville consumer alleges inaccurate information has not been corrected on her credit report.

Francesca Hernandez filed a complaint on Oct. 31 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Trans Union LLC, Experian Information Solutions Inc., Equifax Information Services LLC, PRA Group Inc. and Synchrony Bank Inc. alleging violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that PRA and Synchrony Bank provided inaccurate credit data to Trans Union, Experian and Equifax regarding an alleged debt. The plaintiff holds Trans Union LLC, Experian Information Solutions Inc., Equifax Information Services LLC, PRA Group Inc., and Synchrony Bank Inc. responsible because she allegedly disputed the inaccurate information with the defendants but the defendants allegedly continued to report misleading and false information concerning plaintiff's credit score and have not marked it as disputed by consumer.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages, statutory damages, punitive damages, order the defendant to permanently delete all inaccurate information from plaintiff's credit reports, and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Brent F. Vullings of Vullings Law Group LLC in Collegeville.
