PITTSBURGH — Property owners are suing Jones Consulting & Construction Group LLC, d/b/a GS Jones, a citing alleged breach of contract by the construction company.
Bhola Roy and Gopal Real Estate LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 12 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendant, alleging that the construction company failed to properly perform restoration on the plaintiff's property.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that in 2015, damages to an office due to a broken water line were discovered. The plaintiffs hold the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to repair the damages per an agreement.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in an amount in excess of $35,000 plus interest, punitive damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Jesse J. White of Jesse White & Associates in McDonald.
