PITTSBURGH — An Oklahoma-based home loan company is suing James Thomas Miller Jr., in his capacity as heir of Rose M. Miller, unknown heirs, successors, assigns, and all persons, firms, or associations claiming right, title or interest from or under Rose M. Miller, citing alleged breach of contract.

LSF9 Master Participation Trust c/o Caliber Home Loans Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 25 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to make payments on a mortgage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the defendants for allegedly letting the mortgage go into default.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $57,877.25 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Jennie C. Tsai of Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, LLP in Philadelphia.
