Law firm claims married couple didn't pay for services

PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh law firm is suing Harry Lantz and Linda Lantz, husband and wife, citing alleged breach of contract.

Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff for providing legal services.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds Harry Lantz and Linda Lantz responsible because they allegedly breached their agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay for its services.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds $35,000 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Alec B. Wright of Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl LLC in Pittsburgh.
