Boundless Ventures LLC accused of not paying mortgage

PITTSBURGH — A financial institution is suing Boundless Ventures LLC, a Pennsylvania company, citing alleged breach of contract.

Farmers National Bank of Emlenton filed a complaint on Nov. 3 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Boundless Ventures LLC, alleging that the defendant failed to pay on mortgaged property.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds Boundless Ventures LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay its mortgage plus late charges.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $53,886.17 plus interest and late charges, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Scott W. Schreffler and Jeannine Botta Guth of Lynn King & Schreffler, P.C. in Emlenton.
