Taktl LLC accused of not making full payment under agreement

Law money 12

PITTSBURGH -- A California corporation is suing Taktl LLC, a Pennsylvania company, citing alleged breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Skako Concrete Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Taktl, alleging the Pennsylvania company failed to fully pay the plaintiff for products and services.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges it suffered monetary damages to its business. Skako says it holds Taktl responsible because the defendant allegedly accepted the items on the purchase order and made initial payment but failed to pay the full amount based on their agreement.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $113,450.47 plus interest at the rate of 1.5 percent per month, plus court costs and any further relief this court grants.

Skako is represented by Stephanie L. Fera of Flaherty Fardo LLC in Pittsburgh.
