PHILADELPHIA -- A former employee is suing Minusnine Technology Inc., alleging breach of contract.

Robert Stoebe filed a complaint on Dec. 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Minusnine Technology, alleging his former employer improperly terminated a stock option.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he suffered damages as a result of losing the stock option. The plaintiff holds Minusnine responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its amended compensation plan with the plaintiff in terminating the option.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages, restitution, restoration of the plaintiff's contractual rights in the stock option, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants.

He is represented by Daniel Aiken and Vishal Shah of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Philadelphia.
