Jendoco Construction blamed for woman's fall

PITTSBURGH — A married couple's lawsuit against Jendoco Construction Corp., a Pennsylvania corporation, alleges negligence, liability and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.

Susan Feldmeier and Robert Feldmeier filed a complaint on Nov. 16 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Jendoco Construction Corp., alleging that the Pennsylvania corporation failed to make sure that the floor of its premises was free of any foreign substance that could cause an injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Dec. 4, 2014, Susan Feldmeier suffered physical injuries when her shoes got stuck on an adhesive that was left on the floor, causing her to fall. The plaintiffs holds Jendoco Construction Corp responsible because the defendant allegedly allowed the hazardous condition to exist and didn't provide warning.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $35,000. They are represented by Anthony J. D'Amico and Michael J. D'Amico of D'Amico Law Offices, L.L.C. in Pittsburgh.
