PITTSBURGH — A Florida company is suing Pittsburgh company One Cavo LLC and dissolved Colorado company 1 Cavo LLC, alleging failure to pay for services.
Fulcircle Media LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 28 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Fulcircle Media LLC suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to pay invoices.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $110,770.01 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Suzanne M. Roberts of Commerce Law Group, LLC in Sewickley.
