Community Food Enterprises accused of not paying under finance agreement

PITTSBURGH — A Colorado corporation is suing Pittsburgh-based HMB Elite Enterprises LLC d/b/a Community Food Enterprises, Howard Buford and Felicia Buford, citing alleged breach of an equipment lease agreement.

Pawnee Leasing Corporation filed a complaint on Nov. 29, in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that they failed to make their schedule payments to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its business. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to make payments to the plaintiff under an equipment finance agreement.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for the sum of $89,533.45 plus court costs and interest. It is represented by Richard W. Keifer III of Keifer Law Firm, LLC in Kingston.
