Hogan & Associates accused of not paying off promissory note

PITTSBURGH — A married couple's lawsuit against John F. Hogan, a/k/a Jack Hogan, and Hogan & Associates alleges breach of contract.

Richard G. Bugni and Robin L. Bugni filed a complaint on Dec. 6 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff for the loan they've provided.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that theysuffered monetary damages. The plaintiffs hold John F. Hogan, a/k/a Jack Hogan, and Hogan & Associates responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the plaintiffs for the principal amount plus interest when a promissory note was due.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in the amount of $89,600 plus interest and court costs. They are represented by John E. Lippl of John E. Lippl, P.E., Attorney at Law in Pittsburgh.
