Philadelphia-based Neat Company says logistical distribution business failed to pay for orders

PHILADELPHIA — A Philadelphia company that sells document organization systems is suing its logistical distribution services provider, citing alleged breach of contract.

The Neat Company, Inc. filed a complaint on Jan. 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against PC Treasures LLC f/k/a PC Treasures Inc. alleging that the Auburn Hills, Michigan- based business failed to pay the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, The Neat Company alleges that it sustained financial damages as the result of not being paid. The plaintiff holds PC Treasures f/k/a PC Treasures responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the remaining balance owed to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary damages, court costs and interest, and any further relief this court grants. The company is represented by Donna T. Urban of Flaster/Greenberg, PC in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
