HARRISBURG — A Canadian business is suing a Pennsylvania corporation, alleging breach of contract.

Buhler Versatile Inc. filed a complaint Feb. 6 in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against GVM Inc., alleging refusal to pay for six cab units ordered from the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, Buhler Versatile suffered financial damages to its business as the result of the unpaid invoice of $79,460.70. The plaintiff alleges GVM amended the order to remove six units from the final shipment that it had ordered from the plaintiff and refused to pay for those six units.

Buhler Versatile seeks trial by jury, compensatory damages, consequential and incidental damages, interest, full payment of the remaining amount plus interest, court costs and all further relief the court grants. It is represented by attorney Adam M. Shienvold of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC in Harrisburg.
