Hong Kong business claims ATT Southern failed to pay for custom planters

SCRANTON — Kentex Asia Limited of Hong Kong is suing ATT Southern Inc., a Georgia corporation, citing alleged breach of contract for failure to pay for nearly $1 million in custom planters.

The plaintiff filed a complaint on Feb. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania alleging ATT Southern  failed to pay for goods it purchased.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained financial damages from the defendant's refusal to pay $830,750.01 for products that were delivered or ordered. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks general and compensatory damages that exceed $728,824.32, interest, and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Ryan E. Borneman and Yuanyou Yang of Duane Morris LLP in Philadelphia.
