PITTSBURGH — An Illinois company is suing Bitkowski Contracting LLC and Kenneth Bitkowski, of Turtle Creek, citing alleged breach of contract.
TBF Financial filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants alleging that they failed to repay the plaintiff for business loans.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained monetary damages due to the unpaid loans. The plaintiff holds Bitkowski Contracting and its owner responsible because they allegedly failed to make monthly payments to the loan they acquired from the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $41,571.78 plus interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum, court costs and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by Michael R. Lessa, John R. Keating, David A. Lovejoy, Daniel A. Wechsler and Benjamin J. Lewis of Amato Keating and Lessa P.C. in Bethlehem.
