PITTSBURGH — Two Allegheny County individuals and their companies are suing Timothy King and Clear Lake Development Company LLC of Nevada, citing alleged fraud.

Kathleen Bowman, Aaron Kellington, Kellington Protection LLC and Magna Service Agency Inc. filed a complaint on March 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that they made false representations to the plaintiffs in order to deceive them into investing $40,000 with them. The defendants promised that the money would be doubled in 90 days and repaid to the plaintiffs.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they sustained financial damages. The plaintiffs hold King and Clear Lake Development responsible because they allegedly deceived the plaintiff and failed to repay the money despite repeated promises to do so.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek compensatory damages in the amount of $38,000 plus interest, exemplary and/or punitive damages. They are represented by Anthony E. Patterson of Pittsburgh.
