PITTSBURGH — An insurance company is suing Danne L. Olivis, citing alleged negligence for a one-car crash in which she drove into a cemetery gate.

PA National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company a/s/o Homewood Cemetery a/k/a Homewood Cemetery Historical Fund a/k/a Allegheny Cemetery filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Olivis alleging that the defendant failed to properly control her vehicle, causing it to collide into the plaintiff's insured iron gate.
