PHILADELPHIA - A Colorado construction company is suing AMEC Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure Inc., citing alleged breach of contract for failing to pay for services.

San Juan Construction Inc. filed a complaint April 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging the Pennsylvania company failed to pay the plaintiff for work it performed on a construction project in the Marshall Islands.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges it performed work according to their agreement but was not paid. The plaintiff holds AMEC responsible because it allegedly breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay it for its work.

The plaintiff seeks damages, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Eric Lopez Schnabel of Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Wilmington, Delaware.
