PHILADELPHIA — A Stowe corporation is suing The Pike Company Inc., alleging breach of contract.

Universal Concrete Products Inc. filed a complaint on June 8 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Pike alleging that it failed to pay the plaintiff for services rendered on a construction project.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was financially damaged due to not being paid by Pike regarding work done on a project on the campus of Marist College in New York. The plaintiff holds The Pike Company responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for services.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks injunctive relief and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Shawn M. Rodgers and Robert J. McNelly of McNelly & Goldstein LLC in Hatfield.
