PHILADELPHIA — The owner of a sports promotion company is suing CFFC Promotions LLC, Robert Haydak and Michael Constantino, alleging they breached their contract with him.
David F. Feldman Sr. and XF Events LLC filed a complaint on June 5 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that Feldman and his business were financially damaged from not being paid. The plaintiffs holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay compensation owed to the plaintiff.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek compensatory damages that exceed $75,000, punitive damages and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Simon Rosen of the Law Office of Simon Rosen in Philadelphia.
