PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania law firm is suing an Arizona company that provides services for at-risk families, alleging breach of contract.

McAndrews Law Offices P.C. filed a complaint on June 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Visionquest National Ltd., alleging that the Arizona corporation failed to pay the plaintiff for its legal services.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that McAndrews Law Offices P.C. suffered financial losses from not being paid. The plaintiff holds Visionquest National responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its agreement with the plaintiff when it failed to pay the law offices fees related to an award for education services provided to students.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $157,735 plus interest and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Dennis C. McAndrews and Michael Gehring of McAndrews Law Offices P.C. in Berwyn, Penn.
