PHILADELPHIA – A Pennsylvania resident is accused of accepting fraudulent transfers from her father.

Jes Solar Co. LTD, Airpark Co. LTD and Hankook Technology Inc. filed a complaint on July 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Jennifer J. Chung alleging actual fraudulent transfer and other counts.

According to the complaint, the defendant's father made fraudulent transfers to the defendant after the plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against him in December 2010.

The plaintiffs hold Chung responsible because the transfers were allegedly made with the intent to hinder, delay or defraud the plaintiff.

The plaintiffs seek compensatory damages of more than $75,000, court costs and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by Kay Kyungsun Yu of Ahmed Zaffarese LLC in Philadelphia.
