Integrated Environmental Systems Inc. alleges it is owed more than $150,000 for invoices

ERIE – A Bridgeville HVAC equipment manufacturer alleges that it was not paid in full by an Oklahoma company.

Integrated Environmental Systems Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Clear Creek Construction LLC alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

According to the complaint, the defendant issued six purchase orders to the plaintiff between August 2016 and April. 

The plaintiff holds Clear Creek Construction LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly breached their contractual obligation to the plaintiff by failing to pay for the invoices in full. It alleges a balance of $154,470 remains due and owing.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $75,000 plus interest and court costs. It is represented by Justin T. Barron of Metz Lewis Brodman Must O'Keefe LLC in Pittsburgh.
