Troutman Pepper Partner Solomon Hunter, Jr. has been recognized among The 2022 Law Power 100, a list of legal leaders in Pennsylvania produced annually by City & State Pennsylvania. The list highlights district attorneys, federal prosecutors, white-collar defense attorneys, public interest lawyers, law school deans, and bar association leaders who are “shaping the direction of the state politically, legally, and otherwise.”
Hunter is an experienced corporate and transactional attorney, with broad legal experience in the food and beverage, health care, and life sciences sectors, among other key industries. He regularly counsels clients with respect to an array of strategic business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, start-up and venture capital financings, corporate carve-outs, financing transactions, restructurings, and reorganizations.
Prior to his legal career, Hunter held a variety of business positions with IBM Corporation. This year, Thomson Reuters recognized Hunter on its list of Stand-out Lawyers, and last year, BTI Consulting Group named him an M&A Client Service All-Star.
