Troutman Pepper Advises Ganse Apothecary in Acquisition by WindRose Health Investors

Troutman Pepper advised Ganse Apothecary, a Pennsylvania-based closed-door long-term care and specialty pharmacy, in its acquisition by WindRose Health Investors, a New York-based healthcare private equity firm. Read a company press release about the transaction.

Through a merger with existing WindRose portfolio company, Terrapin Pharmacy, the company will create a leading behavioral health pharmacy platform in the Mid-Atlantic.
