Danielle Nuscis sues Miriam Kline for a motor vehicle accident caused by alleged negligence

In the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Danielle Nuscis has filed a lawsuit against Miriam Kline. The case, bearing ID No. 2024, was initiated on November 7, 2022. The suit pertains to a motor vehicle accident allegedly caused by Kline's negligence.

The plaintiff, Danielle Nuscis, is represented by Minos H. Galanos from Morgan & Morgan Philadelphia, PLLC. On November 7, 2022, around 1:42 p.m., Nuscis was driving her vehicle southbound on Pennell Road near the intersection with Sixth Avenue in Delaware County when the incident occurred. Defendant Kline was traveling in the opposite direction and made an improper left turn from Pennell Road onto Sixth Avenue causing a collision with Nuscis' vehicle.

Nuscis claims that as a direct result of Kline's negligence and carelessness, she suffered serious injuries to her head, upper extremities, lower extremities, neck and back. She also alleges that she has sustained physical pain and suffering which have required or will require medical care and treatment.

Nuscis is seeking compensation for her injuries including medical expenses and loss of everyday pleasures and enjoyments of life due to the accident. She also makes a claim for injuries or damages that she may not currently be aware of.
